Job Description
High tech applied research firm has an immediate opening in the graphics modelling and CAD areas with automotive applications. Assignments will include preparing computer generated roadway scenes and visual object models to operate in a real time driver-in-the-loop simulator environment, and supporting a variety of CAD and computer-aided drafting activities. Position is in the Torrance, CA area.
Desired specific technical knowledge includes Presagis (Multigen) Creator, or similar other real time animated 3D graphics modelling tools. Familiarity with AutoCAD/Inventor 2008, and OpenFlight, OpenSceneGraph, NVidia GPUs and shader development desirable. Oral and written communication skills important.
Minimum of AA degree in relevant field required (BS degree in computer science or engineering desirable), plus 2-3 years applicable experience. Must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Send resume in confidence via fax or e-mail.
